I had a really great experience at PerioCraft and wanted to share it for anyone dealing with gum issues. After struggling with gum problems for over a year, I was referred to Dr. Usmani  and I’m honestly so glad I found him. From the very first visit, he was kind, patient, and took the time to clearly explain my condition and treatment in a way I could easily understand. That really helped ease my worries. Even though my gums were in a bad state when I came in, he reassured me throughout the process and handled everything so smoothly. The procedure went really well, and I’ve seen a huge improvement since then. My gums feel much healthier, and I feel a lot more confident about my smile again. The entire team was also wonderful. Ms Aundra at the front desk is incredibly sweet, helpful, and always accommodating with scheduling and insurance questions. Dr. Dania, his assistant, is very friendly and made me feel comfortable during my last visit. Overall, I’m very particular about dental care, and I truly felt that Dr. Usmani genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. Dr. Usmani was excellent.  The quality of care really was felt like some of the best I've had.  In addition, Dr. Usmani immediately accommodated rescheduling my appointment due to a personal family situation, and remembered to ask me about it at my followup. I recently had a tooth extraction and dental implant with Dr. Usmani, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I was very nervous going into the procedure, but Dr. Usmani immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was incredibly patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. What really stood out to me was his follow-up care—he called me several times after the procedure to check on my healing and see how I was feeling, which truly put my mind at ease. His office is spotless, and the staff is wonderful, friendly, and very accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Usmani and will absolutely continue to see him for any future periodontal needs. I want to start off by saying Dr. Usmani have change my life. When it comes to my teeth and gum disease. At first I was skeptical like any other, are they genuine and going to help me feel more confident in my self? Or are they doing this just to get pay because thats their job? When I first met Dr. Usmani, he welcomed me with open arms and treated me so well. He explained the problem to me in details so well, where I can understand it myself. Through out all the process and appointments I had with him. He had guided me and reassured me that, everything will be alright. He made me believe that theirs genuine people in this work field. I’m more grateful and honored to put my trust in someone like Dr. Usmani. I’m more confident than ever and this journey of my teeth has been long, but I enjoy every second of it.
